UNECA The commission calls for a generalization of the digital identification

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) calls every African country to accelerate the digital identification of populations to provide every citizen an exact ID and allow them to access health, education services and reduce the digital divide. The massive identification by digital is more common in Africa, for example, in Malawi, which recently recorded 18 million people in a few months.
