Egypt Schneider Electric will optimize the electricity network using digital technology
The French industrial group Schneider Electric was chosen by the public company Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC) for the construction of four control centers of the Egyptian electricity network according to information relayed by Afrik 21. This project costs nearly $ 288 million is intended to transform the Egyptian electricity grid into a smart grid as its capacity increases thanks to new renewable energy production facilities.
