Gabon: SUCAF produced 24,610 tons of the 50 kg granulated sugar in 2016

According to the information provided by the Gabonese Ministry of Economy, the branch of the African sugar company (SUCAF), located in Franceville, in the province of Haut-Ogooué, produced 24,610 tons of the granulated sugar of 50 kg in 2016, an increase of 4.6% compared to 2015.

During the same period, the processing of sugar into pieces increased by 34.6%. The company has generated a turnover of 20.3 billion CFA francs, an improvement of 2.8% compared to the previous year.
