Diamond Bank sells its banking operations to Manzi Finances S.A

Diamond Bank Plc will sell all of its 1,985,000 shares, about 97.07% of the outstanding shares, for a total of 61 million Euros to Manzi Finances SA by December 31, 2017. This departure of Diamond Bank in west Africa has been confirmed by Manzi Finances SA, holding financial services based in Lome and owned by the Jean Kacou Diagou family.
